My room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts provided a generous and fresh selection. The hotel is near the beach and offered convenient access to many attractions.
The heating didn't work properly in the room. It made for some discomfort during the cooler hours. I hope for this to be resolved soon.

I found the staff friendly and helpful . the location is just great. It's within walking distance of many attractions, i loved that. the room was basic but clean, and the bed was comfy.
the breakfast queue was very long each morning, i think they were understaffed.

The hotel features a swimming pool and sauna, both in great condition. I found the health suite to be well maintained. The lobby and restaurant had a nice ambiance, very cute after a day out.
My room service order took two hours to arrive. I made multiple calls to inquire about the delay, but the service was still slow and quite disappointing.
